Q. Do you supply food and drink vending machines?
A. No we don’t. Mean Machines only provide machines that contain non-perishable items.
Q. is there a minimum term contract length?
A. No. There is no contract, Mean Machines are confident that once we install the machine of choice in your venue that all involved will be successful and we look forward to making money together.
Q. Can I install more than one of your machines in the same venue?
A. Yes. As many as you like really, it may be necessary to assess the financial viability first but there are usually no problems with multiple installations.
Q. Is it really installed for free or is there a catch?
A. No catch, we really do supply and install all of our Mean Machines completely free of charge, all costs are covered by us.
Q. I am unsure how the machine I would like to have installed works, can I see the machine in action before I agree to have it installed?

Q. Do you offer a machine rotation system?
A. Depending on the season, we can ensure that your venue has the right machines, in the right place according to your needs. For example, during the summer we can relocate your pool tables from your inside lounge to outside terrace and provide an additional machine to place inside the venue.
Q. Who is responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of the machine?
A. International Mean Machines are fully responsible for the maintenance and ownership of the machines.
Q. If the machine breaks am I entitled to a replacement? If so how quickly will the replacement machine be delivered?
A. Yes, of course. Depending on stock availability at the time we aim to replace broken or non-functioning machines within 24 to 72 hours of the problem being reported. If an identical replacement is not in stock we will provide you with an alternative machine until a time when we can replace the original machine.
